Our Founder

Mitch Bliven, founder of GNS, is passionate about helping people discover how they naturally contribute and bringing out the best in every team. With a background in leadership development and organizational health, Mitch has spent years observing how workplace tension, miscommunication, and misalignment are not caused by bad intentions but by misunderstood strengths.

Early in his career, Mitch saw firsthand how companies often struggled not because of lack of skill, talent, or effort, but because people were placed in roles that did not allow them to operate in their genius. This realization led him to the Working Genius framework, which gave language and clarity to what he had been intuitively noticing for years: people flourish when they work in alignment with their innate strengths.

Driven by that conviction, Mitch founded Genius Network Solutions to help leaders build healthier cultures where people feel energized by their work and aligned with their contribution. Mitch believes that when individuals understand their genius, and when teams communicate with shared understanding and empathy, collaboration becomes easier, trust deepens, and better outcomes follow.

Today, Mitch works alongside organizations of all sizes, guiding them through conversations that spark insight, connection, and transformation. His approachable style, deep curiosity, and genuine belief in people make him not just a facilitator, but a trusted partner in organizational growth.
